Industry Veteran to Help Lead Company Growth and Vision for the Future

Enumclaw, WA – July 16, 2026 – Mutual of Enumclaw (MOE), a leading regional mutual insurer serving the Pacific Northwest, has appointed Scott Roddy as Chief Financial Officer of the Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company.

Roddy joins MOE as the company advances its long-term growth strategy by further developing the corporate structure established through its holding company. Leveraging that structure will strengthen the organization's financial, legal, and operational capabilities while preserving the values and stability that have defined Mutual of Enumclaw for 128 years.

Roddy brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience with Liberty Mutual Insurance. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Comparion and Liberty Mutual Insurance Agency, overseeing strategy, finance, technology, operations, and carrier partnerships for the nation's largest standalone personal lines insurance agency. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Liberty Mutual's Asia Pacific operations, leading finance for a $1.7 billion business across eight countries.

Throughout his career, Roddy has held senior leadership roles spanning finance, analytics, strategic planning, distribution, and operations.

Roddy earned his MBA from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Miami University. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife and family.
